NAES is seeking an O&M Technician at Gordonsville Power Station in Gordonsville, VA to safely operate and maintain key plant systems on a rotating 12-hour shift. You will assist in start-up/shutdown, monitor equipment, log data, support CMMS/SAP workflows, and follow Control Room directives to ensure 24/7 reliability.
This role requires physical stamina and adherence to safety protocols while contributing to maintenance activities and plant performance in a demanding power plant environment.
