RF Test Engineer II

Location:

Forest, Mississippi.

Compensation:
Salary range $68,900 - $131,100 USD per year.

Security Clearance: DoD Security Clearance – Secret (active and existing required after day
1).

• Identify and implement optimizations in AESA calibration and antenna measurement processes.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to AESA hardware and antenna performance.
• Diagnose and solve complex RF/DC subsystem problems.
• Analyze measurement data and generate detailed reports.
• Develop and sustain high‑power antenna test facilities, including near‑field and far‑field ranges for the Next Generation Jammer (NGJ) Mid Band program.
• Provide guidance on production AESA troubleshooting and failure investigations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent of 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience performing far‑field and near‑field antenna measurements.
• Experience in AESA calibration, test, or performance validation.
• Experience working in high‑power antenna test facilities.
• Experience designing and maintaining antenna measurement systems.
• Proficiency with Matlab for data analysis and test development.

• Experience with additional software tools (e.g., Python, C++).
• Experience in a factory production environment and ownership of production tools (e.g., CMES).
• RF/Microwave Design Verification Test (DVT) experience using network/spectrum analyzers and/or antenna measurement systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfort presenting to upper‑level management.
