- Support as team lead responsible for team certifications, qualifications, cross-training assignments, instructor readiness, and post-event reporting.

- Develop new training materials, update existing curriculum, plan and execute development tasks to meet key milestones.

Basic Qualifications:

- Operational experience with the Aegis Weapon System with at least one Aegis shipboard tour and one successful training/instructional tour.

-Graduate of at least one AN/SPY series course.

- Ability to discuss operational concepts related to Aegis Combat System and the Aegis Weapon System
-Ability to brief operational and tactical concepts to officers and senior enlisted.
* US Citizenship is required and qualified candidate must obtain an Interim DoD Secret Security Clearance prior to starting this position. Active Secret Clearance is preferred
* Desired

Skills:

-Master Training Specialist (MTS) certification

- Experience with curriculum development
-Familiarization with Microsoft Office (Power Point and Excel)

- Experience with Agile principles in regard to building a plan/roadmap and executing efficiently. Security Clearance Statement:

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
