As a Jr. Quality Engineer you will play a critical part in ensuring that high-performance transformer products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability. How you'll make an impact
* Perform electrical, mechanical, and visual inspections
* Test incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products
* Identify and document non-conformances; escalate when needed
* Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
* Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and data
* Participate in audits, process reviews, and risk assessments
* Support Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
Your background
* U.S. citizenship required
* Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or equivalent experience
* 3+ years in manufacturing or quality environments preferred
* Knowledge of ISO standards and Quality Management Systems
* Experience with quality tools (8D, FMEA, root cause analysis)
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
