VTC Specialist

Overview

Join to apply for the VTC Specialist role at Apex Systems
. This is a fully funded, 4-year contract with a 6-month contract-to-hire path, offering stability and growth in a mission-critical environment. You’ll be part of a dedicated team of engineers and telecom specialists, working on-site to support unified communications and video systems operations.

• Prime contract – direct access to top-tier resources and leadership
• On-site at Mount Weather, VA – secure facility with parking provided
• Hands-on experience with Polycom, Cisco, Pexep, and more
• 24/7 support environment – ideal for candidates who thrive in dynamic, responsive roles

• Schedule and manage video conferences across remote sites
• Provide Tier 1 troubleshooting and customer support
• Operate and maintain multi-vendor VTC equipment
• Collaborate with engineers while owning your responsibilities

• Ability to obtain Public Trust – up to Top Secret
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with H.323, TCP/IP, SIP protocols
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows environments
