This role involves collaborating with manufacturing teams, establishing standard processes, and coaching less experienced engineers.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of manufacturing experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and proficiency in design software such as Revit MEP and Navisworks. Flexibility for 2nd shift work one week per month is also required.
