Geotechnical Manager Opportunity

Eiffage Génie Civil is present in all specialties of civil engineering. Its teams intervene from conception to construction, but also in repair and maintenance, and in demolition, on numerous works in France and internationally.

We are looking for a professional with:

• A minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in a Geotechnical Manager or Senior Geotechnical Coordinator role, with at least 3 significant past positions on complex civil works or infrastructure projects.
• A solid technical background in civil works is required.
• In-depth expertise in geotechnical methodology, processes, and relevant software for geotechnical analysis (not exhaustive).
• Demonstrated ability in project management, team and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication skills, capable of training, coordinating, and influencing various stakeholders (designers, site teams, subcontractors, client).
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential, as English is the project language.
