Oversee the Weight Handling Equipment rigging program at Yorktown Naval Base;
Investigate and evaluate rigging gear failures, casualties, and disturbances to identify root causes and suggest solutions;
Plan and implement corrective actions addressing material or resource unavailability;
Conduct field visits to assess the scope and nature of WHE issues and prepare detailed rigging procedures;
Provide technical assistance to improve rigging gear usage efficiency
