• Setup Machine standard time, coordinating with other ADI's sites.
• OEE review and improvement.
• Time study, setup standard MMR and headcount analysis.
• Lean improvement and Kaizen projects.
• Cost saving analysis.
• Material handling design supporting to production.
• Apply automation to improve productivity.
