Munters
, a global leader in innovative and sustainable climate solutions, is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead technical initiatives within our Product Engineering team. This role will provide strategic direction, develop engineering talent, and drive product innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Lead and develop a team of engineers and designers supporting product development
• Drive engineering strategies aligned with business and operational goals
• Support product design, redesign, and new product introductions
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and Service teams to deliver solutions
• Champion Design for Manufacturing (DFM), continuous improvement, and Right First-Time initiatives
• Develop training programs and strengthen engineering capabilities
• Provide technical leadership for complex HVAC product solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (master’s preferred)
• 10+ years of engineering experience with leadership responsibilities
• Strong background in HVAC design and component selection
• Experience with fans, coils, refrigeration systems, and gas heat applications
• Experience with Solid Works, AutoCAD, PLC programming, and HMI systems preferred
• Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and drive collaboration
