Lane Enterprises Inc. seeks a Regional Civil Engineer to support drainage and stormwater management solutions for transportation and site development projects across the Eastern U.S. You'll design and review systems using corrugated metal and plastic pipe, perform hydrologic and hydraulic calculations, and prepare drawings, submittals, and technical reports. Partner with sales, manufacturing, and customers to ensure designs meet DOT and municipal standards, support bids and value engineering, and conduct site visits to troubleshoot installations.

Responsibilities
- Design and review drainage and stormwater management solutions for transportation and site development projects
- Provide regional technical support to sales, manufacturing, and customers on product applications and specifications
- Perform hydrologic and hydraulic calculations and prepare engineering drawings and project submittals
- Ensure designs meet DOT, municipal, and industry standards, codes, and permitting requirements
- Conduct site visits to assess conditions, troubleshoot issues, and support installation and performance of systems
- Coordinate with internal teams on product improvements, quality, and manufacturability of engineered solutions
- Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders
- Support bid preparation, value engineering, and project cost estimates for regional opportunities
- Collaborate with government agencies, engineers, and contractors to secure approvals and foster long-term partnerships
- Promote safety, reliability, and quality in all engineering work and field activities
