Location: Lyndhurst
Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to serve as the primary liaison between Engineering and Production, ensuring designs are practical to build, safe, and high quality. You will support manufacturing processes, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
You will review drawings, BOMs, support DFMs, develop work instructions, and lead Lean initiatives while collaborating with Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Project Management.
