Churchill Downs - - - Responsibilities:
Maintains the electronic components, systems, and peripherals of HHR machines; performs preventative maintenance on HHR Machines during downtime.;
Responsible for ensuring that all department paperwork and data entry is completed and entered correctly (jackpot slips, tax documents, guest claim forms).;
Maintains knowledge of all HHR machines on the gaming floor and can determine proper payouts.;
Promotes player card usage on the gaming floor.;
Ensures gaming devices are operating properly; promptly calls for technical or supervisory assistance when necessary.
