We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Event Helper to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with event setup, including arranging tables, chairs, decorations, and equipment
- Greet and direct guests, providing exceptional customer service
- Support event activities, including registration, crowd control, and coordination of event logistics
- Monitor event areas to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Assist with event breakdown and cleanup
- Collaborate with event coordinators and other staff to ensure smooth operations
Skills and

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
