Luray Caverns is currently seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our team as a Special Events Support Staff member.
Job DescriptionThe duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assist with conducting site tour visits with potential clients at Shawnee Farms Estate and Luray Caverns Properties
- Set up event spaces according to client specifications
- Serve as an on-site point of contact and ensure smooth execution of activities during events
- Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of venues after each event
The requirements of this position include the following:
- A neat and professional appearance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work well independently or within a group
- Must be a licensed driver with the ability to maintain a safe, dependable driving record
- The ability to lift up to 30lbs. at one time and push/pull up to 50lbs.
- A willingness to work nights and weekends
