Description

The Director of Treasury Management Program is a strategic and technical leader responsible for driving innovation across the bank’s treasury management products and services. This role leads the development of product and service strategies and the implementation of roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and customer needs. The director collaborates with technology, operations, risk, compliance, and external partners to design, test and launch new products and enhancements, oversees vendor relationships, monitors product performance, user experience, and financial results, and analyzes market trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory considerations to recommend product improvements and innovation initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement Treasury Management Products and Services.
  • Collaborate with management and vendors to integrate new technologies into existing systems.
  • Develop proposals and recommendations on new products and services for executive management.
  • Oversee the administration of loan software in the bank and stay abreast of upcoming changes and improvements to related software.
  • Lead initiatives to develop and execute strategies that differentiate the bank’s treasury management products and services, leading to customer growth, retention, and non‑interest income profit margin.
  • Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement that lead to measurable service improvement.
  • Design and maintain reports and real‑time dashboards for Treasury Management Product and Services performance tracking and strategic analysis.
  • Work closely with the COO and Business Line Partners to build dashboards and other applicable KPIs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for training on treasury management products and services as improvements and changes are implemented.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • This position has supervisory responsibilities.
Other Duties

Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends in Treasury Management related financial services; represent the bank at industry conferences and vendor meetings related to Treasury Management Products & Services.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficiency in administrating loan software platforms, with experience on the Bank’s core platform (e.g., Jack Henry Silverlake, Loan Vantage, Synergy, Synapsys).
  • Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., IBM Cognos Analytics).
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead change and influence stakeholders across departments.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
Education and/or Experience (Preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Five years of experience in banking, with a focus on Treasury Management, Operations, or Digital Services.

Work Environment

This role uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

Position Type/Hours

This is a full‑time, exempt level position working Monday–Friday with other days and hours as necessary to accomplish duties.

Travel

Travel is primarily within the bank’s market areas during the business day with occasional out‑of‑area and overnight travel required.
