Position Overview
Position:
Customer Experience Specialist – Full Time at PNC's Dulles Landing organization, based in Dulles, Virginia. This role is an in‑office position that fosters collaboration and customer‑centric service.
Deliver a unique customer experience focused on improving financial wellbeing and fostering loyalty.
Responsibilities include:
- Process a variety of customer interactions, educating customers on available financial options.
- Identify banking opportunities during conversations and refer appropriately to branch staff.
- Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
- Educate customers on options for managing transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customers' problems.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment within established limits.
- Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain customer focus, manage risk, and demonstrate accountability in all decisions.
Successful candidates must demonstrate the following skills and competencies:

Educational and Experience Requirements:
- Roles at this level do not require a university/college degree, high school diploma, GED, or significant prior experience.
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
No degree, certification, or license is required.
PayBase Salary: $36,000 – $60,000 per annum. Compensation may vary based on location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. The role is incentive eligible based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
