Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Loan Servicing Sr Specialist to join their team. As a Loan Servicing Sr Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Loan Servicing team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Process customer requests related to various servicing needs during the life of the loan or line of credit.
• Ensure requests are completed accurately, timely, and with attention to detail, adhering to established procedures and SOPs.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other teams to meet productivity targets and improve customer experience.
• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries within 24 hours, escalating issues when necessary.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to risk mitigation strategies.
