They provide advanced financial consulting to functional and business leaders, applying deep financial expertise to interpret complex results and shape decisions. The role develops forward looking forecasts and scenario analyses that account for competitive, operational, and macroeconomic factors. They collaborate across functions to align financial strategies with operational plans, ensuring financial outcomes support enterprise goals.

This level also oversees junior SMEs to strengthen analytical quality and elevate organizational financial capability.
