Job Overview
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Provide accurate and efficient cash transaction processing and conduct in‑depth conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities, connecting them to appropriate solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
- Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively
- Drive the client experience
- Manage cash responsibilities
Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results. Collaborates effectively, builds and nurtures strong relationships, and demonstrates passion and commitment to deliver an experience that improves clients’ financial lives. Comfortable engaging all clients, educates clients on self‑service banking transactions, applies strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills, follows established processes, manages time and capacity efficiently, focuses on results, and can be flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
DesiredQualifications
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of the industry, products, and solutions
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Six months of cash handling experience
- Preferred language skills in Vietnamese or Spanish
- Bachelor’s degree or a business‑related associate degree such as business management, business administration, or finance
