Financial Modeling Manager

Bank of Clarke seeks a Financial Modeling Manager to lead development and maintenance of robust financial models that guide strategic decisions for a community-focused bank. In this role, you will analyze loan portfolios, deposits, and revenue streams to forecast performance, profitability, and capital needs. You'll partner closely with finance, lending, and executive teams to run scenarios, stress tests, and growth analyses, translating complex data into clear insights.

You will own model governance, documentation, and data quality while mentoring analysts and improving tools in a collaborative, relationship-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and maintenance of financial models to support lending, capital planning, and strategic decisions
• Analyze loan portfolios, deposits, and revenue streams to forecast performance and profitability
• Partner with finance, lending, and executive teams to evaluate scenarios, stress tests, and growth initiatives
• Develop reports and dashboards translating complex model outputs into clear insights for senior leadership
• Ensure data accuracy, model governance, documentation, and regulatory-compliant methodologies
• Mentor analysts, establish best practices, and drive continuous improvement of modeling tools and processes
