Location: Windsor
Isle of Wight County is seeking a Permit Technician I to receive, review, and track project documentation for zoning, building, land disturbance and storm water permits. You will assist applicants, guide applications through the plan review process and notify applicants of progress.
The role requires Munis input, GIS and CAD familiarity, and delivering strong customer service on land use regulations. 2 years of related work and ICC certification are expected.
