• Serve as a Contract Specialist performing all contract administration functions ensuring compliance with contract provisions
• Perform cost/price analysis, including review of cost breakdowns to determine reasonableness and conformance to applicable regulations
• Establish negotiation strategies and lead negotiations to obtain the most favorable terms and conditions for the government
• Prepare solicitation documents incorporating required Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and HHS policies and provisions

• 4+ years in contracting or related positions and a bachelor's degree with 24 semester hours in relevant fields
• Required to obtain and maintain FAC-C Professional certification

• Experience performing cost and price analysis functions for a variety of contracts
• Background establishing negotiation strategies to obtain favorable terms and conditions
• Experience preparing all contract documents
