Seeking experienced Cosmetologist to join Christwood Community Center’s Lotus Spa team.
The ideal candidate will have access to our existing book of business with the opportunity to expand and serve over 600 potential clients already connected tothe Christwood community. This is a unique opportunity to work in a beautiful setting nestled in the hub of Covington.
- Current Cosmetology License
- Proof of Liability Insurance
- Ability tostand for extended periods of time.
- Ability towork independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor, especially when working with elderly clients.
- Experience working with adaptive equipment a plus.
- Provide afull range of salon services, including haircuts, styling, coloring,perms, and chemical treatments.
- Perform nailcare services such as manicures and pedicures.
- Consult with residents to understand their preferences and recommendappropriateservices.
- Offer aflexible schedule, supporting the needs of the client.
- Maintain aclean and organized salon area, ensuring compliance of the Louisiana standards of sanitation and sterilization as required.
- Be professional and courteous at all times.
- Maintain apositive attitude and contribute toward a quality and tranquil spa environment.
Lotus Spaopened in 2014 and is located in Christwood’s 23,000 square foot state of theart Community Center located at 100 Christwood Blvd.
