Full‑time Hair Barber and Stylist

You will earn an uncapped commission starting at 40% and climbing to 55%, or a guaranteed minimum wage—whichever is higher. Compensation is paid weekly and typically averages $31–$41 per hour.

This full‑time position requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs. Your typical day starts with setting up your workstation and reviewing appointments. You greet clients, discuss desired hairstyles, perform haircuts and grooming services, and ensure each client leaves satisfied. You manage multiple clients while maintaining excellent service in a lively environment and work closely with teammates, sharing tips and learning from each other.

• Active Virginia barber or cosmetology license.
