Job Description
HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking Per Diem CRNAs to join the collaborative and collegial team at Johnston Willis Hospital in Richmond, VA. This is a W2, Hospital-Employed opportunity that allows for a full scope of practice within a supportive and dynamic work environment. New grads interested in optimizing their training with continued growth and development are more than welcome to apply.

Highlights/Qualified Candidates:

• Care Team Model of 6 General Anesthesiologists and 19 CRNAs covering an average of 20 sites of service.

• Diverse mix of cases including Bread & Butter, Complex Neuro/Spine, OB, GYN, General, heavy orthopedics, Robotics and GI. No trauma. No Cardiac. No Peds.

• Annual surgical volume 17,000 cases.

• Current schedules include 8, 10 and 12 hour shifts.

• Practice top of license with demonstrated proficiency.
