Mon - Thu (3:00pm to 6:00 pm) Flexible Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide life-changing therapy services , Join our mission to support individuals with autism and related disabilities through high-quality, personalized care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in client homes and community-based settings
- Follow individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA
- Communicate clearly and professionally with families and clinical supervisors
- Record and report data consistently to measure treatment progress
- Active RBT certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental differences (preferred)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Willingness to work flexible, part-time hours
- Flexible scheduling that supports work-life balance
- Paid training and ongoing professional development opportunities
