We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

Responsibilities- Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Reduce interfering behaviors and support each child to reach their potential.
- Collaborate with a team to support consistent, client-centered interventions.
- Passionate about helping children with autism.
- Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
- 18+ years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and a Tuberculosis test (if you haven’t had one in the last year).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to move in various positions (sit, stand, squat, bend).
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required within 45 days of completing onboarding requirements.
- Pay Range: $16 - $20
