Job Summary

Amaze ABA Therapy - Virginia is seeking a motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to provide 1:1 autism services to children across Virginia. As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and their families. Requirements
  • 0 years of experience (entry-level positions welcome)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., ABA, psychology, education, behavioral health) a plus
Job Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 autism services to children across Virginia, implementing evidence-based ABA interventions to promote learning, behavior improvement, and overall well-being
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of experienced clinicians, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with clients' goals and needs
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress and treatment sessions
  • Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Work closely with families and caregivers to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
