We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Safety New Hire Trainer to join our team in Hinton, VA. Assigned areas of responsibility will include MST, Breast Trim, and Bulk Pack. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive safety training programs to new employees, ensuring they understand and comply with all company safety policies and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct safety orientation and training sessions for new hires.
• Develop and update training materials to reflect current safety standards and regulations.
• Ensure all new employees complete required safety certifications and documentation.
• Collaborate with safety managers and supervisors to identify training needs and improve safety programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness and compliance throughout the organization.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience in safety training or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry safety standards or willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate new employees.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and training software.
