Viva Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to residents and contribute to continuity of care by reporting changes to the Resident Care Director;
Assist residents with lifts, moves, and transports using proper body mechanics;
Respond to inquiries from residents and visitors promptly and courteously;
Advise on and follow individualized care plans and participate in care planning with nursing staff;
Promote a homelike environment and protect residents' rights and safety
