American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of post‑licensure home health experience and proficiency in OASIS documentation.
Details- Home health setting
- Day shift schedule, 5x8‑hour shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
- No on‑call requirements
- 13-week contract
- Minimum 1 year of home health experience post‑graduation (clinical hours completed prior to licensure do not qualify)
- Proficiency in OASIS documentation required
- Current PT license required if applicable
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
- Local candidates are welcome to apply
- Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
