Laurels Recovery Center, Lebanon, Virginia

This position provides services in a crisis stabilization and detoxification program, delivering residential substance use disorder treatment and mental health crisis stabilization services which include group and individual contacts, arts and crafts, recreation, transportation, case management, discharge planning, service coordination, linkage and referral.

The role requires flexible work hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Provide crisis stabilization and detoxification services to residents.
• Facilitate group and individual therapeutic contacts.
• Organize arts and crafts, recreation, and transportation logistics.
• Conduct case management and discharge planning.
• Coordinate services, linkages, and referrals for residents.

• One of the following education/certification paths:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field with QMHP certification preferred or QMHP‑T minimum requirement.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field with CSAC certification preferred or supervised CSAC participation minimum requirement.
  • Associate’s Degree in Human Services preferred or High School Diploma minimum requirement, with CSAC‑A certification preferred or supervised CSAC‑A participation minimum requirement, and experience working with individuals with substance use disorders.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Must pass all CMCS background screenings.

Full‑Time. Shift: Various shifts.
