DesiredQualifications:
- Master's Degree or equivalent in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders (for SLPs)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain it in Delaware
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience with pediatric populations in educational or healthcare settings
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms (a plus)
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and SLPAs welcome
- Provide direct therapy and assessments to students in school-based or teletherapy settings
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and notes in compliance with state and district guidelines
