Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree or equivalent in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders (for SLPs)
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain it in Delaware
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience with pediatric populations in educational or healthcare settings
  • Comfort with teletherapy platforms (a plus)
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and SLPAs welcome
Role Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct therapy and assessments to students in school-based or teletherapy settings
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and notes in compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development
