Licensed Physical Therapist (Full‑time) – Outpatient Orthopedics – Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy.

At Ivy Rehab, Physical Therapists can pursue multiple professional tracks, including mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non‑treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities. We prioritize sustainable practice environments with productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards and foster a culture centered on professional growth, hands‑on learning, collaboration, and long‑term career stability.

Base salary: $85,000 to $110,000/year (based on location, experience, certifications, etc.). Clinician bonus plan can add up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually). Welcome bonuses or student‑loan repayment may be offered for certain opportunities (up to $10,000). Actual salaries vary with experience, specialty, education, and organizational need. The listed salary range does not include bonuses, incentive pay, differential pay, or other compensation or benefits.

Utilization of ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) reduces documentation time so clinicians can spend more quality time with patients. • License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Eagerness to grow and learn
• Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of standard orthopedics (sports, pelvic, vestibular, pediatric, neuro, geriatrics, etc.)
