CompensationBase salary: $85,000 to $110,000/year (based on location, experience, certifications, etc.). Clinician bonus plan can add up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually). Welcome bonuses or student‑loan repayment may be offered for certain opportunities (up to $10,000). Actual salaries vary with experience, specialty, education, and organizational need. The listed salary range does not include bonuses, incentive pay, differential pay, or other compensation or benefits.

- License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Eagerness to grow and learn
- Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of standard orthopedics (sports, pelvic, vestibular, pediatric, neuro, geriatrics, etc.)
