We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team and help us make a difference every day.
What You’ll Do as a DSPAs a Direct Support Professional, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their personal goals and living independently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting individuals with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks.
- Providing transportation and support for community outings and appointments.
- Encouraging and fostering independence by teaching life skills.
- Building strong, trusting relationships with the individuals you support.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of care provided.

What We’re Looking ForTo thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- 1 year of experience in a similar role or providing care to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- A caring and patient demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect.
