Job Overview

Our client is a growing ABA therapy company —and they’re looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help deliver high-quality pediatric ABA services for children ages 6 weeks to 18 years. In their integrated academic/clinic setting, you’ll play a key role in shaping individualized treatment plans, supervising and training RBTs/BTs, and partnering closely with families and schools to support meaningful, measurable outcomes.

If you’re ready to bring clinical expertise, leadership, and compassion to a team that values ethical, compliant care, we’d love to hear from you.

Required Skills
  • BCBA certification (required)
  • Ability to provide high-quality ABA services in a pediatric setting
  • Experience/comfort with supervising and training RBTs/BTs and supporting a positive clinical culture
  • Strong skills in conducting behavioral assessments and using results to develop and oversee treatment plans (e.g., VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK, Socially Savvy, ESDM)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with families through meetings and parent training
  • Comfort partnering with a multidisciplinary team (including speech and occupational therapy)
  • Proven capability to manage a caseload independently (high autonomy)
Preferred

Education and Experience
  • Experience contributing to program/system development as a clinic scales
  • Familiarity with a variety of ABA treatment models and learning strategies for different age/skill groups
  • Experience working in environments that include caregiver training and frequent caregiver involvement/observation
  • Preferred: BCBA credentialed clinician with relevant pediatric ABA experience 1-2 yrs
  • Candidates should be able to perform core BCBA responsibilities, including assessments, treatment plan oversight, and supervision of RBTs/BTs.
Other Requirements

Special requirement (in-network credentialing):
Due to a current panel moratorium, candidates must already be individually contracted with Lucet / Florida Blue as an in-network behavior health/ABA provider in Florida. The selected BCBA will work with the credentialing team and Lucet/Florida Blue to associate their existing contract with company’s group practice.
