Job DescriptionSeeking candidates for a full time position. We are looking for someone interested in working with children with developmental disabilities in the area of applied behavioral analysis. The candidates for this position must be enthusiastic, passionate and creative. Experience is a plus but not required as we will train you.

Responsibilities- Follow individualized Treatment Plans & Behavioral Reduction Plans
- Collect and report data
- Complete educational courses provided by Spears Learning Center
- Implement individualized instructional programs (such as discrete trial training, verbal behavior, academics, self-care skills, social and language skill development, play skills, behavior plan) developed by the behavior specialist, within the clinic
- Prepare all materials necessary for implementing individualized program as stated above
- Be a team player and demonstrate teamwork and collaboration
