Our Therapy Aides are valued members of our clinic team, ensuring equipment and clinic remain safe and clean for patients. They support the front office by answering phones, collecting copays, checking in patients, and communicating with patients and families. This role is ideal for students pursuing exercise science, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, or anyone who loves being in healthcare and helping others.

• Maintain safety and cleanliness of equipment and clinic environment.
• Support front office functions: answer phones, collect copays, check in patients.
• Communicate with patients and families as needed.
• Assist with clinic operations to enable world‑class care across physical, occupational, and speech therapy, and ABA services.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner.
• Outstanding time management and ability to multi‑task.
• Proven customer service and patient care experience.
• Self‑motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including possible weekends.
