Sentara Gynecology Specialists Dumfries is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our close knit team serving women of all ages. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice full scope ambulatory gynecology in a supportive, collaborative environment that values work life balance, clinical excellence, and meaningful patient relationships. Position Highlights:
Mon., Tues., Thurs., Fri., 8am-5pm and Wed. 8am-12pm
40 hours a week (36 patient contact hours and 4 hours of admin time)
Average 15-18 patients/day
Outpatient only - no call, no weekends office is closed Saturday and Sunday

Minimum Requirements:
Active NP or PA
Minimum master s degree required
Experience APP with a strong background in ambulatory gynecology
