You’ll be at the heart of what we do — supporting amazing individuals with disabilities to live their best lives. Some of the things you’ll help with include:

• Helping with daily activities that make a person’s day smoother and more joyful
• Preparing tasty meals and keeping spaces light and comfy
• Safely administering medications
• Working alongside a supportive healthcare team who’s got your back

You’ll build great connections, be involved in meaningful experiences, and see the difference you make every day.

We’ve got shifts that fit around life — early mornings, evenings, and overnights. Every other weekend is required.

• 6 am – 2 pm
• 2 pm – 10 pm
• 10 pm – 6 am

• High school diploma or GED
• A caring heart and great communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• First Aid & CPR? Don’t sweat it — we’ll train the right candidate! Plus: you’ll get all the safety training you need to feel confident and supported in your role.
