Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Warsaw, Virginia

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

• Current Virginia SLP License
• Experience in pediatrics or school settings highly valued
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but not required
• Comfort collaborating with educators, families, and related service providers
• Commitment to supporting a diverse student population with varying needs

• Provide speech-language screenings, evaluations, and therapy to students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all documentation requirements
• Consult with classroom teachers and support staff
• Communicate progress effectively with families and school personnel
• Foster a positive, respectful learning environment for students receiving services
