• Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting treating adult patients
• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:45 PM and Friday 8:00 AM–11:00 AM
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• EMR:
  Cedaron, with a planned transition to Epic in September

• Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Proficiency in outpatient PT is required
• Active VA PT license required; license required if applicable
• Current BLS certification required (AHA only)
• Candidates must have a US SSN
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start

• Candidates must reside more than 65 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates will not be considered
• Dress code follows Valley Health system policy
