We provide comprehensive medical, behavioral and educational services to our patients, ages 2 to 22. Our integrated behavioral health treatment approach, which includes the entire mind and body, with focus on the holistic whole person! Our cohesive multidisciplinary teams, including medical staff, nurses, dietitians, case managers, therapists, and behavioral health counselors, that use creative treatment approaches to guide our patients to live a more independently and productively.

Cumberland Hospital for Children and Adolescents is a unique acute care, inpatient specialty hospital with 110 licensed beds, including a Residential Treatment Center; staffed by the finest physicians and treatment teams. Qualifications:
The Certified Recreation Specialist/Therapist designs and implements unit-based recreational experiences for our patients.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in related field of study.
Experience:
At least 2 years of related experience with children, adolescents, and young adult population or undergraduate degree in behavioral science. License:
Must be a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist/Therapist (or will pass certification within 30 days of hire).
