Commonwealth Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Directly assist residents with daily tasks and maintain communication with care director regarding changes in resident condition;
Aid residents with mobility using proper techniques and equipment to prevent accidents;
Conduct routine resident care rounds to ensure needs are met per individualized care plans;
Assist with lifts, moves, and transport using proper body mechanics or lifting devices;
Document daily care activities and report concerns to supervisors
