Personal Care Aide | CNA | Nursing Assistant

Caremed Inc. is currently seeking dedicated Personal Care Aides, Nursing Assistants, and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate in-home care services throughout the counties of Amelia, Buckingham, Cumberland, Nottoway, Powhatan, and Prince Edward, VA, and surrounding areas.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy making a positive impact while maintaining a flexible work schedule.

Job Responsibilities

As a member of our caregiving team, you will help clients remain comfortable and independent in their homes by providing assistance with:

Personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, and dressing
Safe transfers and mobility assistance
Toileting and incontinence care
Meal planning, preparation, and feeding support
Light housekeeping and laundry duties
Companionship and emotional support
Medication reminders
Following individualized care plans
Accurate completion of required documentation

Preferred Qualifications

PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification
Previous experience in home care, healthcare, or caregiving
Dependable transportation & attendance
Professional and compassionate attitude
Strong communication skills & customer service
Ability to successfully complete background screening requirements
Authorization to work in the United States
