Job Title
We are looking for an EHPAD DE GOUAREC for a CARE ASSISTANT (M/F) or a Social and Educational Companion (M/F).
Job DescriptionYou will be responsible under the supervision of the nurse to:
- Accompany residents in their essential daily gestures (meals, toileting, mobility, dressing)
- Ensure their comfort, safety, and quality of life
- Observe and transmit any changes in their health status to the care team
- Favor their autonomy and participation in the proposed activities
- Work in coordination with the multidisciplinary team to ensure an adapted care
