What You’ll Do:
- Provide personalized occupational therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist to help patients improve functional independence, safety and overall quality of life
- Implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on ADLs, strength, mobility, and adaptive techniques
- Help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams
, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care - Maintain accurate clinical documentation
, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs

Qualifications:
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or license eligible in the state of practice
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy
- Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults
