Position

Physical Therapist – Home Health (Travel).

Location:

Saluda, VA.

Start Date:

07/27/2026. Duration: 13 weeks.

Hours:

40 per week, Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Shift: 8 hours daily.

Employment Type:

Travel.

Providing therapeutic services to patients in a home health setting. Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy in accordance with physician orders.

• Deliver physical therapy to patients in their homes.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy in accordance with physician orders.
• Document all patient care activities in EMR (HCHB).
• Participate in periodic office meetings.

• Successful completion of a physical therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• 2–3 years of physical therapy experience preferred (minimum 0 years).
• Current, unencumbered license to practice physical therapy in Virginia.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills (log‑in, internet, email, desktop navigation) and ability to self‑manage online HR services and training programs.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and liability insurance as required by agency.
• Must bring license on the first day of work.

Travel per week: approximately 200 miles.
