Role OverviewThis dynamic position offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in our newly established Hematology franchise. You will be responsible for jointly developing and executing operational plans for new launches in Hematology, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience, build advocacy, and achieve patient-focused goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Plan Execution:
Deliver brand operational plans with speed and quality. Ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns and educational programs aligned with GSK policies and local regulations.
Customer Engagement:
Spend significant time (up to 50%) in the field connecting with healthcare professionals, supporting the sales team, and gathering valuable market insights.
Advocacy Building:
Collaborate with healthcare societies to build reputation and advocacy for GSK Hematology products.
Compliance Adherence:
Ensure all promotional materials and activities meet GSK internal policies, country-specific regulations, and compliance frameworks.
Training and Support:
Work directly with the sales team to ensure effective training on brand messaging and promotional materials.
Innovative Solutions:
Develop creative strategies to engage healthcare professionals and influence customer behaviors positively.
Essential:
- Saudi National.
- Licensed pharmacist with valid SCFHS certification.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Saudi pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record in delivering high performance.
- Prior experience in Oncology/Hematology.
Preferred:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management and organizational expertise.
- Commercial acumen with analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Oncology/Hematology Key External Experts.
- Marketing experience is advantageous.

المسؤوليات الرئيسيةتنفيذ الخطة التشغيلية :
- تنفيذ الخطط التشغيلية للعلامة التجارية بسرعة وجودة عالية.
- ضمان التطبيق الفعّال للحملات التسويقية والبرامج التعليمية بما يتوافق مع سياسات GSK والأنظمة المحلية.
التواصل مع العملاء :
- قضاء وقت كبير (حتى 50٪) في الميدان للتواصل مع متخصصي الرعاية الصحية، ودعم فريق المبيعات، وجمع رؤى قيّمة عن السوق.
بناء الدعم والسمعة :
- التعاون مع الجمعيات العلمية والجهات الصحية لبناء السمعة والدعم لمنتجات GSK الخاصة بأمراض الدم.
